NFTs
An NFT is a record that says a particular token id points at some data, often a picture or a membership. You own the token. You may not own the picture.
What you own
You own the token in the contract, if you hold the key. The image may sit on a normal web link. If that link dies or changes, the token can point at nothing, or at something else.
What you do not own
Copyright stays with the artist unless a contract says otherwise. A screenshot is not theft of the token, and owning the token is not a salary.
A floor price is the cheapest listing, not a price you are owed.

Does buying an NFT mean you own the copyright?
Not unless the terms actually say so.
After this you can separate the token you hold from the file and the copyright you probably do not.
