Promoting crypto, and telling a person what to do with their money, is regulated. In the UK the rules are strict. This page is not legal advice.
Plain language
A financial promotion is an invitation to invest. Advice is a personal recommendation. TXKN does not do either. A project that pays for a listing is buying space, not a blessing.
Your side
A firm that is not allowed to promote to you may still find you. Their breach does not make the coin safer. If you are unsure whether something is allowed, ask someone qualified. Do not ask a Telegram admin.
